Order Discrepancies
All garments are sold exactly as described and as seen in the listed photographs. In the rare event that a product arrives significantly different from its description or photographs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cassiopeiavintage.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item in question so we can evaluate the issue and assist you promptly.
Order Cancellations
All sales are considered final upon receipt of your order confirmation email. Cancellation requests are not accepted once your order confirmation has been issued and payment has been processed.In highly exceptional cases where a cancellation request is reviewed and approved strictly at our discretion, monetary refunds will not be issued. Instead, the refund value will be issued exclusively as store credit or a discount code of equivalent value, valid for use on a future purchase at Cassiopeia Vintage.
Currency & Post-Delivery Care
Please note that any store credit or exceptional refunds are processed in the original payment currency. Any differences in value due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of processing are outside of our control and are not the responsibility of Cassiopeia Vintage.
